Yu Yureka Plus got itself a bit low on the budget.

Micromax, an Indian brand giving tough competition to the worldwide brands had earlier to 2014 launched it's sub brand "YU" which started with "Yureka" priced at 9,999 INR.

The phone sported a powerful chipset and the camera sported 13 MP with front facing 5 MP, Snapdragon 615 chipset and Cyanogen 11 with guaranteed update.

Later this year, YU launched Yureka's successor "Yu Yureka Plus" with an excellent features. Not with much of advancement though, yet the RAM is from DDR3 and the 13 MP rear facing beast has a Sony IMX sensor capable of shooting some excellent shots.

The Yureka Plus comes in an 'alabaster white' colour variant along with the moon dust colour variant.

The major highlight of the the phone is its upgraded 5.5-inch full-HD (1920x1080p) display. Powered by a 64 bit 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa core chip and 2GB DDR3 RAM, the phone has 16GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

It runs Cyanogen OS 12, a custom aftermarket version of Android 5.0 Lollipop, developed by Cyanogen.

We got to see a price drop of rupees 1000 on the very famous online shopping website "Amazon"
